Stephanie Brantley- Dancer
1959-2020

Tap: On Tap lost our beloved Stephanie Brantley on Tuesday, April 7, 2020; she was one of our original dancers. We were devastated by her loss, and we still miss her today. In the words of our founder, Mary Six Rupert:

“Stephanie was such a go-getter, always active and trying new things. She not only tap danced with us, but performed with a modern dance group as well. One of her favorite things was being a basketball coach to kids in Harlem. Stephanie was one-of-a-kind, with a bigger-than-life personality and a wonderful smile. I was crazy about her dark sense of humor. She leaves a hole in our company and in our hearts. She will always be an original member of Tap: On Tap, and we will cherish the time we shared with her. She certainly changed my life. It was a privilege to know and dance with her for the last five years.”

Dearest Steph, Rest In Peace. We love you.
